Aorta and celiac artery, illustration. The celiac artery has three branches. The left gastric supplies the oesophagus and the lesser curvature of the stomach. The hepatic artery supplies the liver, gall bladder, the greater curvature and pylorus of the stomach, and the duodenum. Largest is the splenic artery, which also supplies the pancreas and greater curvature of the stomach. Part of the superior mesenteric artery is shown.
