The galectin-8 pellet was deployed in the cornea of a Prox1-EGFP reporter mouse. On day 7 after implantation, the corneal flat mount was stained with an anti-Ki67 antibody. About 40% of lymphatic endothelial cells were proliferative (Prox1+Ki67+). Green: Prox1. Red: Ki67.
