Architect C閟ar Pelli from Argentina; who hold as well a US passport; was famous for his scyscraper buildings. he also constructed Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia); and the World Financial Center in New York (USA). The Sevilla Tower; until 2015 was also known as Cajasol Tower (Torre Cajasol); and Pelli Tower (Torre Pelli).
