Frenzy Frenzy The frenzy; The insane sits naked on a stump-like; thatched elevation on a square plinth. She has the bent left leg forwards with the foot briefly over the plinth; the right is placed diagonally backwards. She pulls her hair with both hands; bending the upper body to one side; so that the left hand is above and the right is below the head. The tongue protrudes from the wide open mouth; in which the upper row of teeth becomes visible. At the back of the head; the hair is held together in a bun on which a braid depends. A cloth runs under her legs from her right forearm and is folded back over the left leg; covering the lap. A second cloth is draped over the rear of the elevation. The square base with profiled base and cover plate has a profiled deep-lying panel on each side; in which a smaller window.
