On the belly a engraved medallion with a painted flower rosette. A lion in relief on either side of the medallion. A flower branch under the ear. The shoulder with a band with loose flowers. An annular thickening on the neck. The ear with a branch; in the top a hole for a frame. The shape and decoration of the jug are based on a model of German stoneware from Westerwald.
