Assimilation Film ... "No Strangers Here." The Immigration Department's Assimilation Film no Strangers here is having its premiere tonight at the Australian Citizenship Convention in Canberra. Eric Reiman, well-known actor of Australian stage, plays part of the father of New Australian family that arrives in Littleton, a small Australian town. Film traces out their lives in early days in an Australian community. Shot shows the father, Alex Stalskis (Eric Reiman), in brickworks where he is employed on arrival in Littleton. April 23, 1951.
