Kerry: relief of an Irish Wolfhound (heraldic animal of the Blennerhassett family) above the main entrance of Ballyseede Castle (built 1586-1590 and 1721); Ballyseede Castle near village of Ballyseedy (Irish: Baile U ?Sh韔da; meaning "town of Sheedy"; has Ballyseedy Wood which contains the ruins of Old Ballyseedy Castle. New Ballyseedy Castle; now Ballyseede Castle; has been the seat of the Blennerhassett family from 1586 to 1967.
