Poland; Krak體: Cricoteca - Centre for the Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor; The Centre for the Documentation of the Art of Tadeusz Kantor Cricoteka (Polish: Centrum Dokumentacji Sztuki Tadeusza Kantora-Cricoteka) is located in a former power plant in the Zablocie area of city district Podg髍ze (Foothills). It was inaugurated 2014 and designed by Architectural Office Vision (Polish: Biuro Architektoniczne Wizja) and nsMoon Studio at the bank of Vistula (Wisla) river. The documentation centre exists since 1980 and was first named "Centre of the Cricot 2 Theatre" and originally located at 5 Kanonicza Street (now seat of the Centre's archives). The documentation centre is dedicated to famous theatre director; artist and painter Tadeusz Kantor (1915 - 1990) and shows objects and costumes from the avantgarde Cricot 2 Theatre; including Kantor's theoretical papers; drawings and design works; video records; photographic documentations and thousands of reviews; journals and books.
