Poland; city of Poznan (former German: Posen): detail of three dimensional "Sr骴ka Tale" mural; realized 2015 by artist Radoslaw Barek; The 3 D mural with full name "A Sr骴ka tale with trumpeter on the roof and a cat in the background" is located on a tenement house wall in city quarter Sr骴ka. Sr骴ka exists since 1231 and was incorporated into Poznan; in 1800. The name "Sr骴ka" derives from Polish "sroda" (English: "Wednesday"); marking the day the market here took place. The mural; inspired by a 1920s photography; as well shows an early 20th century butcher shop and a portrait of Prince Wladyslaw Odonic; the founder of Sr骴ka.
