Last of M.C.C. Members Arrive Home -- With the test players returning to England to-day (Friday) came Australian test bowler George Tribe, whose first game with his England club, ***** in the Central Lancashire league, is on Saturday. Here he is with his wife, Dorothy, on arrival at Tilbury to-day. Wally Hammond was at Tilbury this morning, to meet the last three members of the M.C.C. touring team to arrive home, on the "Largs Bay". They are P.A. Gibb, Joe Hardstaff and James Langridge, the only members of the team to return by sea. April 25, 1947.
