Deep to this are large lobules of sebaceous glands filled with cells that secrete sebum into ducts that reach the surface. More deeply placed in the dermis (green) are many sweat glands that are hollow and of variable shape and size. Collections of fat cells are seen as clusters of small empty-looking structures.
