Hubble Space Telescope (HST) image of Jupiter. Jupiter is a gas giant planet, the fifth planet from the Sun and is the largest in the solar system. Jupiter's bands of colour are created by differences in the thickness and height of ammonia ice clouds. Their flow in opposite directions at various latitudes is a result of differing atmospheric pressure. Photographed on 26 June 2019.
