French engineer Frederick Bordry (born 1954, left) and Russian?“British physicist (born 1974, right) Konstantin Novoselov visiting the ATLAS experimental at CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research). Bordry holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique in Toulouse, and he currently serves as CERNs Director for Accelerators and Technology. Novoselov was born in Nizhny Tagil, Russia, and studied in Moscow and Nijmegen, the Netherlands, before moving to Manchester, UK.
