Llyn Padarn and the Llanberis Pass, Wales, UK. Llyn Padarn is a glacially formed lake and is an example of a moraine dammed lake. It is approximately 3.2 kilometres long and 29 metres deep, and it is one of the largest natural lakes in Wales. In the distance is the Llanberis Pass, bounded by the Glyderau mountains (left) and the Snowdon massif (right).
