Light micrograph of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma in an extra-nodal site (colon). There is proliferation of spindle cells in the submucosa with effacement of the normal architecture. Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a neoplasm composed of spindled or oval cells with features of follicular dendritic cells. The involvement may be nodal or extranodal.
