Light micrograph of epithelioid and spindle shaped tumour cells with eosinophilic fibrillar cytoplasm, moderately-pleomorphic nuclei, and increased mitotic activity. A few small lymphocytes are present in the background. Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a neoplasm composed of spindled or oval cells with features of follicular dendritic cells.
