Flower beetle (Oedemera femoralis) resting under rotting wood in a woodland habitat. This long slim beetle with very long antennae, is a nocturnal species associated with sallow and Ivy. It is found in the southern part of the UK and across Europe. Photographed in Somerset, UK, in January.
