Muon trigger detector used to track changes in muon behaviour. Muons are subatomic particles produced when protons and antiprotons collide. Muons have the same electrical charge as electrons but are 200 times heavier in mass. This trigger detector was used as part of the Dzero experiment at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) in Batavia, Illinois, USA.
