They are normally painless, but some people complain of itchiness and inflammation leading to a little bleeding. Genital warts can be found in and around the vagina, around or inside the anus, on the scrotum or anywhere on the penis, in this case the foreskin. Generally it's passed on through sexual activity. There are various treatments available for removing them.
