Cameraman In China Internment Camp -- This picture of Frank Noel, Associated Press Staff Cameraman who was captured by Red Forces in the Changjin Reservoir area of North Korea on Dec. 1, 1950, was received in Paris Jan. 20 from Peiping Sources. The caption said it showed Noel in an internment camp in China, but no location was given and the date on which the picture was made was not specified. When he was captured Noel was with the USA 10th Corps Marines, covering the fighting retreat of the United Nations forces trapped in the Changjin reservoir sector for Associated Press Photo subscribers.
