Kepler 452b is an Earth-like planet orbiting the sun-like star Kepler 452. It was discovered by NASA's Kepler spacecraft in July 2015. This world is most likely a terrestrial (i.e. rocky) planet, owing to its small mass. It is 60 per cent heaver than Earth but still nowhere near as massive as the likes of Neptune or Jupiter. This scene imagines a storm on the planet, with strange, alien plants dotting the landscape.
