Pan across from the North Mound to the church at Jelling, Denmark. The king Gorm the Old (died c. 958) is said to have been buried first in the mound with his wife, Thyra, and then moved to the church by his son Harald Bluetooth when Denmark converted to Christianity. The area is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
