Timelapse of the night sky over prehistoric rock art. These prehistoric art forms (petroglyphs) are carved into the surface of natural rock and are found throughout the world. The Teimareh valley in Northern Iran is full of ancient rock carvings, the oldest of which are around 17, 000 years old. With about 20, 000 engraved images, the region is one of the world's most diverse petroglyph sites. Filmed in Khomeyn, Markazi , Iran.
