Timelapse footage of strong updrafts in cumulus congestus clouds, pushing up air layers that rise and form the flat wispy pileus clouds on the tops of the cumulus clouds. Pileus clouds are indicative of strong updrafts, and are a sign that the cloud will develop into a storm. Filmed in Colorado, USA, in summer.
